Mr. Happy House did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our 24 year old single story house. They also replaced several exterior boards around windows and the chimney that were broken or beginning to rot with much more durable Hardie boards. In addition, they caulked all of the windows, as well as the siding on the front porch, which had not been properly caulked by the builder.
