The company is amazing and excellent for their quality service. We have been very pleased by the support when my Lennox HVAC system(for no fault of theirs, the failure has been truly because of Lennox) failed to cool my house in Austin. The company operates from Houston, but they went the extra mile to help me out when the HVAC system stopped working by making an alternative arrangement. Just had an entire 3 ton system installed by Pro Cool's installers Kyle and Will. Awesome job! Arrived early and finished in the amount of time we were told. Price for the Trane system and install was the best I could find and the quality of the work was outstanding. Highly recommend and will be using them to replace my other units when we are ready.
