I used Tom's Quality Comfort for the first time this past week based on a recommendation from a neighbor. I was impressed to the tenth degree. My technician, Scott, showed up with a great attitude and ready to work. My problem was not as bad as I anticipated it to be. Yet, Scott treated me as if I was his only customer for the day and gave me pointers along the way. I was amazed at the level of service Tom's offers. Many businesses might put warranty work at the bottom of the appointment list. NOT Tom's Quality Comfort! Scott was at my home within a half hour of my call.
