Scott Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

My wife called for a quote for our gas lines on Monday. We mentioned that we needed the gas lines fixed because we have been without hot water for the past 4th months .They came that Monday and looked at our lines and advised they would give us a quote the following day. It’s been a whole week and we had to call them and spoke to Albert and he said that he needed to sit down with his plumber and get a quote. This was supposed to be done since Tuesday so I’m not sure why that wasn’t done when told. Albert advised he would call us back in 20 min and 2 hrs later we had to call back. We spoke to Lola and she said he stepped out and to call back in an hr if we didn’t get a call back. It is super unprofessional to have customers wait and then not get a callback or a response .

Was having problem with a Mini Split, contacted them scheduled an appointment and they sent out Tech Chris. Chris knew exactly what he was doing and took his time cleaning and servicing the unit. Got it to work properly. Explained every detail of what was needed and what he was doing to fix the problem. I highly recommend them. Have been their customer for more than 14 years. From the minute you call to schedule until you get whatever situation corrected this company cares about the customer. I'm not the one to go out of my way to write reviews but this needs to be written. I will say I was skeptical with this company at first because when I called to make an appointment I was told I had one at 545 and the tech never showed.... I called back to find out that I wasn't set on the schedule and I'm not sure what exactly happened. But the professionalism, and the accountability they held themselves to was 10/10. They called back and apologized and made it right. Talked to a tech and their dispatch team several times before an appointment was even made on when they can come out. They called back when they said they were going to call back. Had a tech out the next day to get the job done. He gave me the quote and said I have to go get materials and that he had another service call but he will be back. He did just that, called said I'm on my way. Came when he said he was going to be there on time. Did the job in a timely manner and was professional the entire time there and on the
