Boen is always my first choice in my new plumbing. Their always quick to respond, and everything is always fixed right the first time.

Company was called to unclog the pipes in a kitchen sink. The worker did a fine job and finished within an hour - so the plumber wasn't the issue. Before having them come out, we were told if the plumber makes it before a certain time, we would pay I think $87.50, if it was later, we would pay more because of overtime. They arrive at 3pm and left at 4pm, so we fell into the $87.50 per hour payment. But what they don't tell you, is that they bring a machine in to your house, that I assume is for unclogging a pipe. The plumber plugged it in, use my electricity to power it, and maybe used it for 10-15 minutes max. When I call to pay my bill, they tell me its $87.50 for the work, and another $80.00 for the machine! So I'm thinking the whole time, what a great price! But they sneak that machine cost in that makes no sense and essentially double your cost for no reason. It's like they making you pay to rent the equipment they already have that is needed to do their job. Absolute joke. The em
