From the time with Crystal on the phone to set the appointment to the next day when it was time to pay for the service, I was satisfied with the professionalism, tech knowledge and customer service. My electrician saw something questionable and made a few phone calls to double check what he was doing, his journey man equally as professional. Basically the house was built in 1972 using wiring that is now outdated, after installing a complete HVAC system 2 years ago the house is starting to show its age and where it needs to be updated. They were able to supply power back to the heater and then were able to inform me of the upgrades I need. We have an old home and had some fuses start to go out and cause a burning smell to suddenly happen. It took no time for one of their experienced team members to come out and fix the issue! It was late and he worked quickly and was so kind to us as we were a bit shook that we almost had a house fire from the issue. He explained everything to us and got the job done well!
