Compass Property is the real deal, and I haven't even paid them! The first time James was able to help me with finding many free services to get a renter for our guest unit, and didn't require us to use management companies or use them, which was huge. Once again in a pinch he was willing to pull comps on our home to protest our appraisal/tax increase with no issues or gripes. This guy is great, give him a raise! Looking forward to the third time where by then we will probably need to hire a management company to maintain properties, and for sure James and Compass will be at the top of our list! Thank you for all you guys have done for us, we truly appreciate it.
Compass has been my property manager for the last 7 years.
