Compass has been my property manager for the last 7 years. When I was first searching for a property manager, I sat down and had coffee and a conversation with Jamie, and I walked away feeling like I'd found someone I could trust, someone with integrity. Today, I'm glad I called to set up that first meeting, because, Jamie and the rest of the Compass team has given me years of competent, timely service and business guidance. They know the market. I had a very tight timeline with many moving pieces as I was preparing to move my large family into a bigger home and rent our current home. Jamie and Cathy came personally to take pictures and explain the process of renting our home. I had almost constant contact with the whole team and their professionalism put me completely at ease. Cherise was amazing and lined up potential renters the day after pictures and paperwork were completed. They really made me feel like I was their only client (although I know I definitely am not). Without this team, this process would have been an absolute nightmare. Instead, I really did not have to think twice about finding the perfect renters. I am really happy with our relationship and we have so much confidence in Compass to take care of our rental and our renters!
