Upon evaluation of our non working heater, the problem was identified and the part ordered. The part took quite awhile to come in, but the repair was made quickly once the part arrived. I think it’s difficult to navigate between home warranties and A/C companies. However, once they came out, they were knowledgeable, and made sure everything was installed just right and cleaned up well after.
