Walton was attentive, efficient, polite, considerate and an all around good guy. He also helped me with my garden hose when he saw me struggling. A pleasure to work with, he went above and beyond to bring my A/C to top performance. My dog even liked him!! Service: A/C system maintenance

Called them at 7 am on a Sunday Heard from the tech soon after and told me how many calls he had, Called me right after the call before me and gave me an ETA. Super polite and friendly. Came in and went straight to work finding the issue and fixing it quickly! Was upfront with pricing. Luckily it was an easy fix. Hoping I won’t be needing my air fixed again, but will certainly call them if needed!!!!

The air conditioner went out yesterday. Fortunately, the Lochridge-Priest was able to come out yesterday afternoon. Apparently the motor for the fan on the outside unit overheated and seized up. Again, fortunately, the technician had a spare motor on her truck. The bad news was, she and I could not get the fan blade off the motor’s shaft. We tried everything either of us could think of, including using a five pound sledge hammer. Nothing worked. In desperation, she called her supervisor. Her supervisor arrived and had a special device (like a steering wheel puller) that removed the blade from the motor – and it worked. After a few minutes, we had AC again. Very satisfied.
