I had a plumbing company in the area come out to look at our hot water issue a few times with no real answers that helped solve our issues. Our technician Nick, from Shelton Plumbing, came out today and had the hot water working in a short time. He took the time to show me the issue, explain how it happened, and explained his action plan for getting it fixed. I'm not a plumber and don't know much about plumbing, but he gave me enough information to understand and be confident that he was going to get it done! Very thankful for the quick turn around time and friendly service. I will definitely be using Shelton Plumbing, and Nick especially, for all our future plumbing needs!
