We were referred to Texas Built Roofing by a friend and were impressed with their service. Leslie Mason was very responsive and communicated every step of the way. She was willing to answer all of the questions I had and made it a breeze to work with insurance on our roof replacement. It did take a bit longer than expected to get the roof replaced (thanks to TX storms and COVID-related material shortages), but once the materials were delivered, the crew worked hard from sunrise to sunset. They made sure our yard was clear of debris when the job was complete. We've had no issues since June and would be happy to recommend Texas Built to our friends and family! Lee personally came out to our home on two separate occasions to inspect our property and carry out a follow-up. He was professional and helpful each time, and he always responded quickly to our questions. Shelly in the office was terrific to work with, and the crew that replaced our roof was excellent. After our roof was damaged by a major hailstorm, they made the entire process smooth and easy.

Leslie and her team were the only company out of 6 that actually went up on my roof to check everything out. Knowing we needed total shingle replacement they made sure my plywood was in good shape before quoting me. The price for replacement was within what the insurance company allowed. Leslie also assured me that they would do a complete tear off and install in one day which I couldn’t believe that they got it done. They took very good care of our yard and landscaping and did a thorough clean up. Very professional company, took my phone calls with the questions I had after hours. We went with the Moire Black shingles and they just make the roof look awesome. You will not be disappointed with them.
