Just had ABC replace our old, outdoor, in the wall Takagi tankless water heater with a Navien. I had a competitor quote me a higher cost (same Navien model) while supposedly needing to cut into an indoor wall to access pipes and to replace the box for the water heater ($750 right there). Neither of these things were necessary when master plumber Shawn and his partner Ely set upon and completed the job. I could not be happier with the professional work that was done! Should our second water heater fail I know who I will be calling! Service: Water heater installation
