Alpha Elite Roofing - Webster

Alpha Elite Roofing came out to give us an estimate on our townhome roof repair. We tried 8 times over the course of 5 weeks to have someone call us back and get on the schedule to actually perform the repair. We were told each time that someone would call us back later in the day, and the calls were never returned. Pretty disappointed as they were recommended highly by a friend. They were professional, operated the drone safely, and the estimate was reasonable, hence 2 stars. Wish we could have gotten them to come out.

These people they hired me to do a service for them, and they said they will pay me for my service and they never it’s been more 2 weeks, I have all the messages between our company and her assistant manager. It’s all back-and-forth trying to get away from payment. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY FRAUD AND LIARS AND SCAMMERS

Aldo Caballero helped us out from start to finish to replaced our Roof. Aldo was very friendly and respectful. Everything went smoothly and excellent. I highly recommend Alpha Elite Roofing to all of our friends, family and neighbors! We will definitely stick with them for all of our roofing needs! we GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS!
