ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating Cooling Plumbing Electrical

I called ARS rescue Rooter after seeing an advertisement for $69 clean out. I called and I explained that my kitchen sink was not draining properly. I spoke with the representative Phaedra who works at the North Houston office. After a delightful conversation, explaining my problem and confirming the $69 price we scheduled the appointment. When the technician arrived, he began to give me a long lecture on the piping system. I knew he was attempting to upsell me. Although I have received a confirmed quote of $69, he gave me an estimate of $425. When I told him about the conversation with his associate, he told me that all the calls record and he will confirm it , if, indeed, what I said was true, he would honor the promotion. He went out to his truck. I gathered that he did confirm what I said was true, because without even coming back in or speaking to me, he drove off. I contacted ARS several times after that attempting to reach Phaedra , for some strange reason suddenly she’s unavail

Technicians Juan Bucio and Manuel were very Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. They really are Plumbing Specialists. The work was completed in a timely manner Without any problems at all. They also treated my family and I very kindly and were concerned that we had no hot water. From calling them on the first day we had a new hot water heater installed and HOT water before noon the next day! I can only say awesome on this company and it’s technicians. I want to start by saying they have 4 hr appointment windows, which I'm ok with but they're currently short staffed so I had to wait an additional 2 & 1/2 hrs for the plumber to arrive. I think keeping the customers updated when there are significant delays is a minimal ask...it's courtesy. Moving on to when the plumber arrived...Oscar was our plumber and he was such a pleasant person. He was very personable, kind and informative...he assured us that he would do his best to get our situation resolved. He did just that!!! Oscar resolved our issue and even gave us a few tips on how to avoid costly repairs in the future...he more than made up for the delay. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE & VERY RELIABLE!!
