Knights plumbing did a really great job. They used the camera to identify the problem and were able to determine where the pipe was broken. They showed me exactly what was happening and how the 45 fitting had broke attaching to the main. The job to fix it was done quickly and professionally. They called the 811 folks who ensured it was all done safely as well. I was glad to work with a local company who I knew would provide good individual service. Our AC drain line started leaking under the upstairs tub overnight. Mike called me within 10 minutes of my initial dispatch call and was upfront about the Sunday pricing before confirming that I wanted him to come out. He was able to diagnose the issue within a few minutes, and let us know our options for repairs, and then was able to set us up with a bypass solution that gives us time to quote a few demo options to get the tub removed. He left about an hour after my initial call to Knight's, and we we will 100% be reaching back out to them for the necessary plumbing repairs once we're able to get the demo done.
