I am a new(ish) homeowner and this was my first time needing a roof replacement. Im a single woman and I felt more comfortable having a woman take care of me. Skye did an excellent job explaining the process with detail. I had a ton of questions and she was more than helpful. She even brought pieces of every material she would be using on my roof so I could understand it better. Once the insurance paperwork came, she went over every single line with me. I was so impressed with her knowledge and how patient she was. Her team of roofers were also very kind and respectful of my property, but also my neighbors.
