JW was knowledgeable in how to fix to issue I was having with my AC. He offered to fix and also told me how I could fix myself. He also educated me on routine maintenance for the outside unit. My AC unit froze up and was not working properly. I called two other companies who were unable to help me. One of them recommended Dub’s and JW was able to fit me in between two other customers. He communicated when he was on his way, arrived early, and was very professional. He diagnosed the issue, educated me on why the unit wasn’t working properly, and gave me information on potentially replacing my unit without any sales pressure or trying to upsell me on something I didn’t want or need. The bill was less than what I expected based on service I had done last year with a bigger company. I highly recommend Dub’s. Service: A/C system maintenance
