Had a problem with my AC and needless to say it got hot quick. JW was professional and extremely responsive coming out the same day. Not only did he fix the problem quick but was transparent with his pricing. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

My AC unit froze up and was not working properly. I called two other companies who were unable to help me. One of them recommended Dub’s and JW was able to fit me in between two other customers. He communicated when he was on his way, arrived early, and was very professional. He diagnosed the issue, educated me on why the unit wasn’t working properly, and gave me information on potentially replacing my unit without any sales pressure or trying to upsell me on something I didn’t want or need. I have a very old HVAC system and JW has helped extend the life of it way past any reasonable expectation. He's always prompt and knowledgeable and I trust him. I'm going to need a new unit soon and I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle that for me. I highly recommend this business! Repairs are expensive but he's always been fair and never tries to sell me anything I don't absolutely need.
