Every time I drive past, it never fails that a J Ferg pickup pulls out in front of me and I have to slam on my brakes. I know it’s not just me because others have commented on it too.
A guy came by and asked if we wanted a free roof inspection after a storm. We said yes, we obviously had hail damage. He told us to let him know when the insurance inspector would be here so he could be here as well. My husband let him know the date and time and he said he would be here. He never showed up or even communicated why.
Jimmy worked with my adjuster to get our roof replaced. He was very professional, responsive, and patient. His team did an awesome job, they start right away and keep up when they left. I will be my family and friends about the company. Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
