Once again smeltcer to the rescue. We use them for all of our plumbing needs. Ray was super great today.

We had a leak in our bathtub faucet that was bleeding water at an astonishing rate. I called Smelscers and requested an appointment. They were booked for a few days (which is understandable, it's early winter and stuff often breaks when there is a sudden change in the weather) so I was made a tentative appointment for a few days later. Because the issue needed to be fixed as soon as possible we called another plumbing company. They were able to come out the next morning. The guy came out and looked at our issue. He attempted to change out some parts, but he concluded that the whole thing needed to be replaced. He said the parts needed to fix it aren't made anymore (my home is older, and we have had to upgrade some, but not all, of the pipes over time due to age).This would require cutting into the tile to get to the pipes behind the wall. I was then informed that this particular company doesn't cut into tile (which kind of baffles me, but that's neither here nor there) and that I would
