NTX Electric came to me through a referral of a neighbor / industry professional. Even though direct referrals are already my favorite form of making new business relationships, the professionalism of NTX stands out as one of the best. We had two separate, unrelated, electrical snafus after having a new, upgraded electrical panel installed. Chris and his team showed back up to review all of their work and take time to diagnose what could possibly being going on. At the end of the day it boiled down to a faulty electrical line on ONCOR’s side and a lovely squirrel that decided to make light work of my A/C supply. You can’t make this stuff up… Nonetheless, Chris and his team diligently reviewed and addressed our concerns over 2 separate callbacks. Timing in life is a funny thing, but companies that are willing to stick with you even when they could easily justify telling you to kick rocks knowing they did a solid job are a rare breed these days.
