NTX Electric

NTX Electric came to me through a referral of a neighbor / industry professional. Even though direct referrals are already my favorite form of making new business relationships, the professionalism of NTX stands out as one of the best. We had two separate, unrelated, electrical snafus after having a new, upgraded electrical panel installed. Chris and his team showed back up to review all of their work and take time to diagnose what could possibly being going on. At the end of the day it boiled down to a faulty electrical line on ONCOR’s side and a lovely squirrel that decided to make light work of my A/C supply. You can’t make this stuff up… Nonetheless, Chris and his team diligently reviewed and addressed our concerns over 2 separate callbacks. Timing in life is a funny thing, but companies that are willing to stick with you even when they could easily justify telling you to kick rocks knowing they did a solid job are a rare breed these days. These guys are great. We had them help us upgrade our electric from 100 amp to 200 amp service. They put in a new Meter Base and helped us understand the process to put the overhead wire underground from the pole to the house and from the house to the shop and answered all our questions with confidence. They installed an outside electrical breaker box electric panel, a new meter base and a junction box. They also helped us install some security lights. We had several bids which were all over the map. The NTX Electric bid was sensible, low priced and professional. We feel that they gave us what we need and helped us with resonably priced extras along the way when we requested. They were quick to respond and quick to get the job done. I highly recommend this crew. A good bunch of guys.

Installed a Tesla wall charger and relocated/upgraded panel. Communication was great, price was very competitive.
