I had an emergency power outage late Saturday evening. I have 3 kids, a disabled husband, and my Nana is battling cancer. We called Texas Power Generation, and they called back almost immediately. They didn't have the part i thought we needed, but he called around to try and find it. While doing that, I called multiple others who didn't answer or wouldn't come. The last call from this company I didn't have the specific answers to the questions Layth had and my youngest was very upset because hes only 5 and didn't understand why the lights weren't coming on - so I was stessed, hot and having some anxiety.. Layth showed up at my house about 15 to 20 minutes after our last phone call ended and had our power on within 15 minutes of his arrival. Layth was professional, courteous, and fairly priced. I strongly urge anyone needing electrical work to use this company!

We all did our research of the issue, we all went to google to learn about what is going on. So all of us have some details help you realize the person you are talking into is professional or not. Within the first couple of minutes on the phone you will realize this person you are talking to is a professional and knows what he is talk about. That was my first impression.
