Wayne and Tony are awesome! Very reliable and willing to assist! Not common these days! UPDATE: Round two! Genuine Comfort was yet again great to work with! here we are in the dead of winter and my furnace decided to quit. Wayne was incredibly resposive and was over to our house within 20 min from when the message was sent. We have replaced the AC and the furnace for a more long term fix and it has been a fantastic upgrade! The techs who came out to preform the work are outstanding men and we are very happy with the work that was provided. I have used GC for years and will continue to spread the good word about them! We have used Genuine Comfort for a number of years and I couldn't be happier with them! I phoned just this morning and Annette was able to get Brian out here before noon to check things out. The problem was solved in a short period of time and the house is very cool now! Had they not been able to come out today Annette would have had a portable room air conditioner brought out. In my opinion Genuine Comfort goes beyond what they have to in order to keep customers happy and comfortable and I appreciate them immensely!! Service: A/C system repair

John was super nice and answered all the questions my grandpa had as well as showed him everything he was doing. He stayed and made sure the heater was working properly after I set the schedule.
