Nick was polite,professional and patient. I had a lot of questions and he was informative. From the initial phone call to the issue being corrected was personable and nice. I will definitely be using this company for any issues in the future.
Isabel was thoughtful and on time. She assessed the task of reconnecting a new bathroom sink to older pipes in the house. Gave me 4 options and prepared me for the worst scenario. However it turned out to be the lesser option. Thank you Isabel.
