Right Now Rooter & Plumbing

Previously used Right Now Rooter & Plumbing last year. And the service was great. Omar was a pleasure; however, he was late and the communication was not good I had to call/text for updates. Fast forward to yesterday and needed a plumber so I made an appointment on the website for today 9-11. Got the confirmation email and text. This morning I sent a text asking for an ETA no response. Called several times between 9-11 and sent 3 text. No response. And called a different plumber as we needed someone asap. It’s now 2pm and no call or text back. Very unfortunate.

Omar is great at the plumbing but the communication isn’t so great. He told us he would haul away our old water softener when we replaced the new one. But when he replaced it he left the old one outside of our house and didn’t say anything about it. When we realized it was outside we texted a couple of times over a couple days before he replied and said he never hauls them away. What?? On google it even says he will haul them away and he told us he would. After two weeks he finally came and got it. We are so grateful he came and got it but it was a very frustrating experience.

Omar is on time, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable! Anytime my kitchen or bathroom sink is beyond an over the counter remedy, I know I am in good hands with Omar. He is so kind and ensures the job is done right and makes sure my family is satisfied with the work done so we don't have stress about any plumbing issues going forward. Thank you Omar, you have taken the stress out of plumbing issues and we will call you for any plumbing needs. I cannot recommend Omar enough for all plumbing needs!
