Our water heater broke and the company had a technician to our house less than 12 hours later. We knew exactly when the technician would be at our house through a tracking link the company sent. The diagnosis was quick and the repair seems to have been done well. The technician did a great job explaining the issue and walking us through what he did to fix it. I sent a message to 1st American Plumbing on July 4th, not expecting to hear back until the next business day, as it was not an emergency. They replied back on the 4th and I was able to talk through my issue and schedule a visit all within that interaction. Jon was great and walked me through what the deal was so that I understood what needed to be done. The price was acceptable and he made the fix the same day. He also gained two new friends in our chocolate labs that followed him out to his truck for some treats. Overall experience was great and so glad I found a responsive and reliable service provider. I will most definitely be calling again!

They came the same day, when I needed them. They got the job done well. I’m sure all services have gone sky high and it still seemed like a lot of money. The repairman was here for four hours, so it did take some time and parts for the $600.00 it cost.
