DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The technician showed up at the house listened to what I told them was wrong with the A/C unit, said he had to make call about the unit. When he came back (5 minutes or less) said the company who carries the make and model of my air conditioner isn’t open and that he would have to call them the following day. At this point he checked the temperature of my compressor fan and made a phone call. The technician now says I owe him a service fee of $69 (standard rate) for coming out… I asked for what, to which he replies that is what it cost to send a truck to a customers house…. Not that he actually diagnosed the unit, identified the problem, and came up with a solution… ooooooh no!!!! He checked the temp and made a call. I found Cache Comfort Systems online. Their technician responded almost immediately. Actually diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and left the unit in a better situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Service: A/C system repair
This company is very unprofessional! They treat their new hires like complete trash and when you don’t tolerate it, they’ll fire you! They pick and choose who they personally like so they get to keep their job, but if they don’t like you, they make up things to have you fired! It has nothing to do with how great of a worker you are! They’re bullies. If I could give this company no stars I would but sadly you can’t! DON’T work for this unprofessional company!
My furnace was blowing cold air after a power outage in the city. I looked online to see if I could fix it. I knew what had to be done, but couldn't figure out how to do it. J M sent a skilled technician that fixed the issue quickly and showed me how to do it myself. He also mentioned that I should start looking for a new unit (mine is old) and what new technology is available and what features I can look forward to. He even recommended I look at local energy efficient rebates in the area. Great experience overall.
