We had our heat go out in the middle of the night on a Thursday. They were actually really responsive and sent someone out within a few hours. However the tech could not find out what was wrong and said the next thing to try is a new vent air pressure switch which he couldn’t get until Monday. We asked if there was no other way to get one sooner so we don’t have to go the weekend without heat in which he said probably not. We ended up going to a local store and finding one and installing it ourselves. Unfortunately that wasn’t the problem and it ended up being an iced over furnace flue pipe. I ended up climbing on the roof and breaking the ice and it immediately started working again. So in the end we spent the money on the part that wasn’t broke and then still got a bill for $99.
