Do not use this company! I try to avoid leaving negative reviews because I understand that mistakes can happen, but this company is bad all around. It is poorly run, communication is awful, and they are dishonest. You will not be able to get any follow-up help or explanations. I found them online and despite some negative reviews, I decided to go with them because they could get me on the schedule right away. I had them out to one of my rental properties to take a look at an A/C unit that wasn't blowing cold air. The technician that came out was suspect, to put it kindly, and didn't seem to have any experience at all. He briefly looked at the unit and his instant diagnosis was that we simply needed to replace the whole thing. I thought it was suspicious that he could determine that so quickly. He couldn't really explain why we needed to replace it, other than telling me that it was old and any maintenance would just be a temporary fix that he wasn't sure would actually solve the proble

Bear River installed my air conditioning in my new home. The installer did a poor job and the system leaked from day one. I contacted the installation supervisor who's number I got from the contractor. I didn't receive a call back so I contacted the office and the receptionist was excellent. She scheduled a repair visit within a few days. The repair person was excellent and found the leak within five minutes and repaired it. The reason I gave them two stars is because their installation was done poorly and when they did fix it, they still charged me almost $600. You would think they would stand by their work but instead they charged a lot of money to fix their error! The repair guy would have received 5 stars. He even commented that, since it was an installtion error, he would try to convince ownership to give me a break. Unfortunately he was unsuccessful! Services: A/C system repair, Install AC
