Scott had no desire to get my business. He was arrogant and condescending when he finally did talk to me. He wanted to charge a service fee to just come and give an estimate. Then wanted me to call back to a different number to schedule.
Had them do the rough in for my basement bathroom. Work was fine, just got charged excessively for "travel time and time to get parts at the shop". Frustrating because the plumber showed up late so he couldn't get the job done before the end of the day, so I end up paying for extra "travel time".
8/23 got a call back from leaving a message.
