Christian was awesome! Came on a Friday night and got our air conditioner up and working quick and easy.
Without any warning our water heater went out late on Friday afternoon. We thought we would have to go the entire weekend with no hot water, but we called Service Experts just in case. They came right out and saw the problem. Matthew Chard was our Service Technician. He was so kind and thoughtful the entire time he was working. He went out of his way to explain things to use and give us counsel on how we could take better care of our water heater and water softener. He had to redo all of the lines into the water heater which took a lot of work with pipes, fittings, etc. He was thorough, tested everything, and made sure we were in good shape. He even checked the gas valves on our fire places. Matthew did a great job. Would highly recommend him. We were very pleased with our experience with Service Experts.
I am long-time customer going back to when this shop was called Thompson and Sons Service Experts in 2000. Over the years, they have installed multiple AC and furnaces for me. Jeremy and Mourn installed a new AC unit in my home on 28 May 2020. They were both efficient and respectful and did a great job keeping my house clean during installation.
