Alec D, is one of the most professional technicians I have ran into lately. He explained everything in a professional manner and in a way I would know what he was talking about. He also educated me on a few things that I could do to help with my plumbing be more proficient. I’m a senior manager and would love to have someone like Alec working for me. He is definitely supervisor if not manager material. If you’re not careful I might just steal him from you. ???? It puts faith back into me that this younger generation has really good people out there and that they care about what they do and how they treat your customers! Shout out for Alec D! Thank you Mike, I know you are busy and it would have been nice to get the service sooner, it’s hot out and I do understand. However what a great experience, very respectful, kind, professional and listened very well. Mike listened and laughed even when my jokes were not funny. We take for granted the simple things, AC is part of what we expect in our world. The simple thing was all about how great the service Mike provided through the entire fix. Simple yet complex. *Update: We had a broken drain and they got someone out the same day. Alec was the one to help us again. He was great. He was fast, friendly, and got it fixed for no charge. They definitely want you to have a great customer experience. We had several drains cleared and we received excellent service. Alec went above and beyond what I expected. He showed up when he said he would and made sure I was completely satisfied with the service. Super happy and would recommend to a friend.
