Alec went above and beyond what was expected. Any Hour is BY FAR the best company you could ever call. They are the most honest business you'll ever come across. I called Alec to come by our house at 11pm (he works 3-11) to check on a floor drain that had water coming up. He not only came at 11pm and stayed an hour past when his shift ended, but was also willing to go the extra mile and come out at 9am the next morning (outside his regular shift) to finish up so I could get to work later that day. He was cheerful, knowledge, honest, and worked hard. I would recommend Any Hour to anyone based off of this experience.

I’m happy with this company and especiallly with Bryce Allen who came to fix our issue. He was amazing! This issue was so massive and and caused a ton of damage late at night so my family and I were super anxious and worried. Bryce put me right at ease and took really good care of us. I’m so grateful.

Alec was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything. We had a super old drum trap in a tub that was draining slow, I wasn't sure there was anything that could be done for it, but he worked his magic and got the drain going great again. Also recommended a preventative cleaner that will help prevent future clogging. Great value for their drain service. Will definitely use them again.
