Jason is absolutely amazing! He has been our plumber for 10 years since buying my house. Everyone who helped on the job was pleasant and knowledgeable in every aspect. Jason is extremely responsive and knowledgeable about everything. Even when the job was harder than imagined he worked with my budget to not only fix it but do it right. SMB installed a commercial grade toilet for our office a little over a year ago. We really loved the guys who did the initial install work. They were great. But, one of the two toilets has never flushed properly as a part was missing on the arm. We asked them to come and make it right. A tech arrived, wrapped tape around the flushing lever and sent us a bill for $150! When we called back again to ask to have the missing part replaced, they told us that we shouldn't have bought a poor quality toilet. The funny part about this is that the Kohler brand we purchased was twice as expensive and had much better reviews than the cheap residential toilet that they suggested when we built the office. To make matters worse, we had to call over and over AND THEN they told us the only option was to replace the entire inside of the tank, which would cost $600 (same cost as just replacing the toilet basically). After using at least 5 other plumbing companies, I found Jayson with S&B! What a difference! He knew what he was talking about and showed me charts and explained everything so I could make informed decisions! He empowered me and made me feel like I was part of the solution. He then gave reasonable prices and did a terrific job! We then went over everything done and I got to see his professionalism and skill in a job well done! I will not be using ANYONE else!
