It is nice to have the peace of mind from his explanation and if the issues become more common or the furnace takes a downward drop I will contact Thompson’s for a bid on replacing it. These guys are by far one of the best contractors we have used. We had a problem with our furnace and they were here within two hours of my first contact with them. Turned out our 20+ year old furnace had finally failed. They sent out a team to evaluate our needs and design a system before the end of the day. They offered space heaters to keep us warm through the night and got a whole new system installed fast! We have used a few other companies and no one comes near this level of service. A true gem of SLC.
