Josh came out and gave me an informative review of the AC. Parts causing the problem and logical reasons for replacement. He also serviced my furnace and talked me through the heating process. Very knowledgeable and personable. I am now getting a new AC and feel good about the process.
I've spoken with these folks 3 times, and have been delighted 3 times. Today Brad came out and helped me diagnose and do a minor repair on my heating system. More importantly, he was happy to answer all the questions I had about the system in this new house. Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
