Super awesome business and people. Highly recommend and will use them again. I noticed a faint smell of gas on Friday afternoon, right before a Holiday weekend. They were able to squeeze me in and had a tech at my house in 2 hours. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and confident. He didn't find a leak, and the smell went away, but he didn't make me feel like I was a crazy person for calling them in. Their service fee to come out was also very reasonable. I was so pleasantly impressed. Thank you!
William and his team were prompt, professional, informative and happy to help however they could. They care about their customers and service they provide. I just replaced TWO furnaces and TWO air conditioners. I had original units from 1983. I collected four bids. Efficient Systems was the best price and had the best customer BY FAR. The technicians had their work cut out for them as all my equipment is in two attics. It’s was probably over 150 degrees up there! They were very accommodating and patient. They were quick to start the install and get us cooled off. I was so happy to have it all complete before the heat waves of July and September hit. The office staff is very kind. The technicians are prompt and kind. They show up when they say they’ll show up. I feel they are very honest. I couldn’t ask for anything more. They are a terrific company and HIGHLY recommend them.
