Really unprofessional business. When we had a problem after install, we were pushed aside. When they finally responded, it was late in the season, then we had to follow-up the next season, and the issue is still not addressed. They made excuses as to why our system was installed the way it was. When we brought someone else out to look (like a second opinion), they informed us that we had been misled and that indeed there was an alternative. We didn't appreciated the run-around or condescending tone. Service: Installation
TLDR: Charged us for hours they weren’t there, came in multiple times without ever fixing the issue, and I had to call them while waiting for an appointment to be told that they were not going to be coming for the appointment. We contracted them to fix the AC unit in our shop three times in the last month. The first two times they told us it only needed a filter change, which they did, and they suggested duct cleaning. Both times the AC would work for about a week, then stop working again. After we had the ducts cleaned the AC still didn’t work, even though they told us multiple times that there was nothing wrong with the AC. We scheduled for them to come in again today to fix the AC unit, and they told us that they would come between 12-4. When I called to get an updated ETA from them at 2, they told me that they actually would no longer be coming to their appointment. We utilize this company for a few commercial buildings we manage and they are incredibly responsive, professional and thorough. Highly recommend them! We use them for properties in Davis and Salt Lake County. As an owner of a PM company myself knowing the reliability of a contractor is a huge relief. Great job!
