I was so happy with the roof shingles quality and the type of roof vents they used. (They are the ones you can add attic fan to later if desired.) Last year, I had my roof and my gutters replaced by Bear Creek, when I found leaks this year it took me 3 weeks to get a call back and another week and a half to get someone to come out and look at what I thought was a problem, I was assured that it was my problem not theirs. Communications is the basis of a good relationship and yet Bear Creek seems to be unable to do that task.
