Beek's Plumbing

I had low and variable water pressure at my house. I was worried it was due to old puppies but the guys at Beek's identified the issue as a faulty PRV. They fixed it quickly whole I was on a short work meeting. This was my first time using Beek's at they took over for my previous plumber. I was highly impressed and would recommend them to anyone. April 20th 2023. Discovered late this afternoon that our water heater sprung a leak and died. Around 5pm Called Beeks then sent text as directed and they responded right away. After a few exchanged details, they said they would be there within an hour or two, which they were, with a brand new water heater in tow. By 8:30/9:00pm we were all set. Josh & Kim were amazing!! I don't believe we've ever had a service call responded to and resolved so quickly...Ever!! We know who we'll be calling in the future for all our plumbing needs. Thanks guys. They installed a sump basin that was just a plastic bucket. It doesn’t allow proper water flow rates, it’s too small for the pump, it’s not deep enough. I asked them about it and they offered to change it out for $500. When you hire a plumber, you expect professional-quality work. This was not what I got. They should have used a sump basin.
