They installed a sump basin that was just a plastic bucket. It doesn’t allow proper water flow rates, it’s too small for the pump, it’s not deep enough. I asked them about it and they offered to change it out for $500. When you hire a plumber, you expect professional-quality work. This was not what I got. They should have used a sump basin.
After another company failed to help me with my problem, we contacted Beek's late at night and they sent a team first thing in the morning. They assessed our situation, left to get specialized parts and was back to finish the job before the day was done. They even helped with another small item while they were here. Fast, Fair, Honest, and a Good Value!
Listen, they showed up an hour after I called them bright and early the day after Fourth of July. Done in an hour for half the cost I expected. Beautiful job and they’ve got my business again
