Burrows Heating & Cooling

Our air conditioning stopped worked shortly after midnight. With the temperatures already above 100 for the past couple of days and projected to be over 100 for next several days I was rather worried. I called Burrows first as I liked their reviews. The woman that answered the phone was very kind and said that although they were very busy that day she would see if they could fit me in. She called back to say that they could fit me in that afternoon. Richard called me at the beginning of the stated window (1:30 - 3:00 PM) to say that he was behind on another job but could be there in an hour. I was absolutely fine with that. He arrived on time, started diagnosing the problem and had things completely fixed and put back together inside of 30 minutes. All repairs can't be done that fast but Richard definitely knew his stuff. He answered my questions and even made some suggestions about our furniture that was blocking vents.
