Nathaniel came to my rescue on time, respectful, knowledgeable and very polite when he realized the issue was a seriously dumb mistake on my part! He didn’t poke fun, or make me feel stupid even when it would’ve been totally fine and well received in this scenario. We had all of our outlets to our family room not work and one was fried and charred. Called champion and they were able to get Garth out to look at the outlets within the hour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to fix the issue quickly. Will definitely recommend and use for any future electrical needs

I was hesitant to call Champion for a plumbing issue at first just because their prices are a little higher, but after having an absolutely awful experience with their main local competitors, I had to make the decision and hope it was a “get what you pay for” type scenario. And I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Their first visit resulted in no real solution to the problem and I was left with more questions and worries than before. After speaking with the amazing and professional office ladies, I had a whole team of techs at my house the next day. I had to work so I wasn’t able to be home to speak with them about the scenario but they were great about calling me every step of the way and explaining everything as they went. The operations manager then spoke with me and did a great job of explaining what the issue was, what they did to fix it and even what I could do to prevent it from happening again.
