Chris was prompt. Very knowledgeable and immediately went to work. He found the fuse he needed and discovered a severely clogged air filter, which appeared to be the source of the furnace shutting down. We had all of our outlets to our family room not work and one was fried and charred. Called champion and they were able to get Garth out to look at the outlets within the hour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to fix the issue quickly. Will definitely recommend and use for any future electrical needs
