I would give 0 stars if possible. We have a no soliciting sign on our door. Two of their sales people (solicitors) showed up while I was home alone, and I said I wasn't interested. The one kept insisting we were missing shingles, although that was all resolved during our inspection when we bought the house. These two men wouldn't leave when I asked, which was very uncomfortable. The one eve took it upon himself to insult me and basically called me stupid. What kind of business shows up uninvited, harassing women, and then insults you at your own home? Update: I'd complained to the company, and it seems they contacted our home owners insurance to cancel our policy for the roof.. which is fine, so now I have to sort that out. I'd never heard of this company, employed them for any services, and they just showed up banging on my door. Then they create a headache with our home owners insurance? Shelly came to my door and offered a free inspection on our roof, we just bought the house a year ago so I didn’t think we needed a new one, but for free, absolutely! She was so kind, professional, and very informative! She set me up for an appointment with Matt and Gill the following day. Matt and Gill came out and looked at our roof and took pictures, and unfortunately they informed us that we needed to have a new roof put in. They showed us the pictures to back why they were stating the fact that we needed a new one (not just to get money out of us). These guys were absolutely amazing, and anyone who needs a new roof I highly recommend these guys to come talk to you. They broke down everything to warranties, colors, durability, price, and the time to take to finish the project. These guys know what they are talking about. They were kind enough to stay until almost 11 PM to answer questions and explain everything to my husband and I, because replacing a roof is a big deal. I will def

Matt and Natalie explained the window installation process clearly and were very detailed about the materials used in DaBella's windows. My husband and I didn't feel pressured at all to purchase anything, but we did, because who doesn't like noise-cancelling windows?
