I would give 0 stars if possible. We have a no soliciting sign on our door. Two of their sales people (solicitors) showed up while I was home alone, and I said I wasn't interested. The one kept insisting we were missing shingles, although that was all resolved during our inspection when we bought the house. These two men wouldn't leave when I asked, which was very uncomfortable. The one eve took it upon himself to insult me and basically called me stupid. What kind of business shows up uninvited, harassing women, and then insults you at your own home? Update: I'd complained to the company, and it seems they contacted our home owners insurance to cancel our policy for the roof.. which is fine, so now I have to sort that out. I'd never heard of this company, employed them for any services, and they just showed up banging on my door. Then they create a headache with our home owners insurance? Paul and Carter were great! We didn't feel pressured, they were professional and knowledgeable about their products and the industry. We have had about 4 other quotes in the last two years and we are definitely getting more for our buck, good quality products. We will defiantly be returning customers for our other future projects. Connor was a great salesman. He helped explain every detail we wanted to know and wasn’t pushy like most we have ran into! Just overall very professional and personal at the same time! He found us an amazing deal and really tried helping us in the ways we needed! We would have definitely went with them and will in the future, but we are going through a lot of house changes at the moment and windows just aren’t on the top of our list currently! But when we are ready, we will be sure to call back and ask for Connor :)!
