I had never heard of an air duct vent cleaning and when I called Noah was very detailed on the process! He explained step by step what is done and made me feel completely at ease. I even called another company I had spoke with prior to try and get more details on how their process works, but they just couldn't deliver. The duct cleaning was very thorough! I think the techs names were Alan & Sam; they were very professional and nice! They showed me before and after photos as they worked and I just could not believe I had never done this before. If I ever buy another house, THIS is going on my inspection list!! Pricing was perfect for me, I added a dryer vent check & furnace tune up as well. They came out and got my Air duct cleaning and Dryer vent cleaning taken care of. They were very good about explaining to me what they were doing. They scanned my dryer vent and realized there was a break in it and was able to also help me fix that. My dryer has been working a lot better and more efficient.
