Master Electrical Service

I called the electrician to have some electrical sockets replaced and a couple updates for code issues done. The electrician came out originally the first day and changed a couple light sockets and then I wanted him to estimate some repairs in my basement. He gave me that estimate promptly I agreed to it and he returned about a week later on the day we agreed. He arrived that day and was pretty much here with his helper all day. They installed four new lights in my basement and put multiple junction boxes down there cleaned up the wiring and made them go through the rafters and not dangling under them I wish I had a before picture to attach to this review so you could see how good it looks with these after pictures it is absolutely amazing! They also put GFCI sockets in my bathroom and kitchen. I know I'm using plugs I've never used before for living in this house for 2 years. Sam showed up on time, wore covers on his shoes, provided detailed explanations and solutions on the projects I wanted to complete. Sam drilled a hole and installed an outlet with 2 USBs in a kitchen island for easy access since the original outlet is located inside the island. He also added another outlet in the basement electronic room for my modem and routers to not rely on the GFI outlet that resets frequently and takes down my internet. He cleaned up all the wood chips from the kitchen island job and verified all the outlets and USB ports had power.

Sam and Kevin arrived on time and promptly went to work. Sam explained in understandable detail what they were going to do and how they would do it. He provided updates along the way with a thorough walkthrough after completing the job. They were both professional and customer focused. Thank you!
