Mountain air has helped us out in a pinch twice in 8 years. This time, it was Rodolfo that helped us. He had excellent knowledge of what might be wrong with my A/C unit with only me explaining how my A/C unit sounded. He said, “It’s the capacitor, I’ll bet.” He cracked it open and sure enough - it was the capacitor. He installed a new one on the spot and asked me if I’d like an upgrade of sorts to help my (older!) A/C unit not have such a rough start-up. It was only a little extra money for that part and I was back up and running with ice cold air within maybe 30 minutes. Easy, fast, efficient service! He also added me on their twice-a-year maintenance plan, which waived the consult fee. He saved me around $90 total by the way he packaged the service for me. Mountain Air has been phenomenal to work with since they installed my mini-split in June! From day one, they have been nothing but courteous. A pump malfunctioned after it was installed, and once I called, Rodolfo had it fixed in under 24 hours! Scotty was great. Came out for a tune-up on our aging appliances and found they’re all working quite well. He went over what he’d done & his findings, and reminded us that our water heater has hit the 10-years-time-to-die milestone. Hopefully he’ll be our tech again & again.
