Cecil was sent to us by our home warranty company for a second opinion after another company told us our air conditioner had an irreparable coolant leak and would have to be replaced. His above-and-beyond work saved us thousands of dollars and exposed a fraudulent technician in another company. He promptly proved that there was in fact no coolant leak, and that the other company's technician had outright lied to us. He quickly troubleshooted the system and found the problem, and promptly took care of it for us. He was very friendly, professional, and informative, happy to take the time to explain to me everything he did. Unfortunately, and though it's not at all Cecil's fault, it did take over a week from the date of the home warranty company dispatch until Scott Heating & Air actually arrived to address the issue. That's the only reason I can't give a full five-star review.

This guy is amazing! He went above and beyond for us. We couldn't have been happier with the not only his great communication but also exceptional service he provided. He truly cares about his customers. I would recommend Cecil to everyone! He did a great job! Thank you!!

Cecil made sure our A/C system was repaired on a very hot 4th of July weekend, and was fair and honest. I called him because he knows what he is doing and has treated us right in the past.
