Hands down the most professional, knowledgeable, and honest person working in this industry. He really knows his stuff, and his prices are incredible. He tries very hard to give you the cheapest option with the best results. He is very honest on pricing, I got other bids and he blew them all out of the water in terms of price. I really trust him to do anything on my HVAC system. He has always taken to the time to answer my calls whether I've hired him or not.

What a great experience! My home warranty company, American Home Shield tried sticking me with another vendor and after a huge ordeal, they assigned Scott Heating & Air to service my gas furnace! He went above and beyond to explain things to me as our furnace was in sad shape! He was quick and precise and took the time to explain all the issues, which we knew there were many!

Cecil was sent to us by our home warranty company for a second opinion after another company told us our air conditioner had an irreparable coolant leak and would have to be replaced. His above-and-beyond work saved us thousands of dollars and exposed a fraudulent technician in another company. He promptly proved that there was in fact no coolant leak, and that the other company's technician had outright lied to us. He quickly troubleshooted the system and found the problem, and promptly took care of it for us. He was very friendly, professional, and informative, happy to take the time to explain to me everything he did. Unfortunately, and though it's not at all Cecil's fault, it did take over a week from the date of the home warranty company dispatch until Scott Heating & Air actually arrived to address the issue. That's the only reason I can't give a full five-star review.
