When i told them what i wanted, they made sure that i got the best product to suit my needs. They care about their customers. That is why i will be back the next time i need anything from their store.
Very bad customer service, I wouldn’t go here with any questions in mind. only if you know exactly what you want. Gentlemen at front desk acted very put out and rude when I asked about a toilet flange kit. He proceeded to be rude and condescending for the remainder of our conversation. Honestly not even one star as far as the customer service.
This has got to be one of the worst places in Ogden. I have never had good customer service here also i Have never found what I'm looking. There's no one there except two or three employees. They do not greet you, and if you ask questions they silence you as they have other things they need to do
