First time using Authority's services and my technician Daniel was an absolute pleasure to work with. He explained the whole Magic-Pak unit and possible pain points to look out for. Chris and Gavin have been great to work with! They've been very informative and mindful of leaving our business as clean as they found it. After some troubleshooting and even working in the rain they've got us back up and running again! Very prompt and proficient service, and our house temperature has lowered several degrees. Their last service provided adequate cooling for 4 years, and we'll be extremely happy if we get a repeat. An itemized bill would have been welcomed, but we missed it.
