Called Elevation to service older furnace told it was starting to fail. offered to replace furnace & old AC unit prior to 9/30/25 to take advantage of rebates & tax credits. Told after those, cost would be close to $10k, later it was$11k, then $12k. Called local power company today rebates are still ongoing. The drain on the furnace was incorrectly installed causing a water alert. furnace would start then stop for an hour. Heat pump not working. Invoices didn't match. Repairs made prompt

Definitely recommend them for any project! Quick and clean install, very professional team! They added a gas line in our finished house and kept the cuts clean, measured to make sure it came out at the right spot to hide behind our patio furniture, too! We will be using them for future projects!

Great and honest company. Used them twice for two separate issues and each they were very timely and did a great job. Unlike other companies that would lie to turn an issue into a larger job, Elevation was honest and direct on what the issue exactly was which turned out be minor. They also covered their shoes when they came into our house which we really appreciated. Will be our new go to for any future plumbing issues.
