Parley's PPM Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling

I had an awesome experience using Parley's PPM! Isaac, the tech, was friendly and helped us find and diagnose the problem. It was a simple fix and he didn't try to tell us to "replace the whole system" or something like that which is common with many of these companies. I will definitely be calling them again when I have plumbing issues! Service: Plumbing leak detection

I called Parleys to schedule 2 appointments. One for repairing a leak & one to check the heating & cooling. I was honest & told her my house is in poor condition; messy verging on a hoarders house. She made the 2 appointments. Several hours later she called back telling me she had to cancel the appointment. She said she had thought they could fit me in but they were booked out. I assumed the HVAC appointment was still valid and waited today for them to show up. They did not. When I called, she told me that this one had been canceled also. She finally admitted it was because it was a "hoarder" house. So she lied to me. I was honest with her & wish she had been honest with me.
