I cannot say enough about how fantastic these guys are to work with. Not only did they provide me competitive pricing, but their knowledge, responsiveness, and professional courtesy are unbeatable! I had a full furnace and a/c replacement done on older, 'contractor-grade' units. They explained the benefits of the newer equipment and made suggestions about where I would get the most benefit. I was not oversold like other companies - this is a trustworthy company with trustworthy employees. I recommend them to anyone looking for sales or service work!

Tim and his guys did an excellent job on my new furnace and AC. I was impressed during the estimate he was selling his workmanship not trying to up sell the product. He explained what I needed and not something more than that. He installed a beautiful unit and moved it slightly so that I can finish my basement hallway. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family!! Full transparency: my neighbor (Garrison) works for Tim. We've been getting to know each others families, as neighbors do, for the past couple years. Garrison had mentioned to me what he did for a living and that if I ever needed anything, to let him know. Fast forward a year or so to about the time you start using your AC. Ours wasn't working properly, it's late in the day, the house is unpleasant, and no one is looking forward to bedtime; upstairs where its even warmer. I called Garrison and he offered to come over after work and take a look. He did, and found a problem that he was able to put a temporary fix on for the moment; explaining that it was a temporary fix. It was late and dark out at this point, so he let me know he would be coming back in a couple days to take a better look during the light of day. Which he did.
