I was contacting contractors to get bids for my roof replacement. Each time I called other contractors they would make an appointment and then at the last minuet they had excuses of why they had to postpone the appointment for another day. I figured that this would be the way they also conducted their business when time to perform the work. I contacted Ramone at The Roofing Team for a bid and he answered my call. We talked and set up an appointment. Ramone was on time with our appointment. He went up on my roof and checked it out. He brought up some concerns that needed to be addressed. He was prompt on returning me a bid. His bid was reasonable. I called him again and he explained the work to be done. I contacted him a couple of weeks later and accepted his bid.
